GPZ rebuild

This is going to be a ground up rebuild in theory! Bike collected on 4th April 09

  15. Still a long way to go!

  16. Rear suspension repainted, greased and reinstalled

  17. Front suspension rebuilt with new seals and repainted.

  18. Bits painted ready for re-assembly

  19. Frame and stand fitted

  20. Oops shouldn't have painted that triple clamp black!

  22. Motor repainted ready to go back in frame.

  23. Tappets set and repainted

  24. Frame and brackets etc sandblasted and primered and sent to paint shop for 2 pack

  25. Bleeding 'er dry!

  26. Remove damaged fairings and stand there shaking head.

  27. Hope to get more than one bike from this lot!

  28. Frame stripped ready for blasting
