Visor misting could be a thing of the past. The Chinese Academy of Sciences has created minuscule particles, referred to as ‘Nanoraspberries’ due to their appearance, from polystyrene and silica. The particles act as a ‘water-loving’ coating that makes the water particles flatten out, instead of forming round droplets of condensation.

How about these:

That is quite cool.

This is great technology! I can't wait for it to be commercialised.

I wonder what it is like with regard to harsher conditions,e.g. Does it reduce ice build up as well.

Sounds like the ice would still build but be thin and clear.

I also wonder if this technology would be affected by speed. It relies of flattening our the warter particles - but is this process affected by external force being applied to those particles, such as wind?

All in all, sounds like a great technology to me. Looknig forward to seeing is being used practically.
