When Dante Krauss headed home after a session at Hooter’s, he decided to ride without protective clothing. In fact, he decided to ride… with no clothing at all!
Krauss was spotted by police, riding stark naked on the I-95 in Florida. He was given sobriety tests, failing every one. He said he could only remember being at Hooter's and had no idea where he was going and had no reason for not wearing clothes.
Krauss failed every sobriety test given and blood tests showed twice the legal limit in Florida. Krauss was given a shirt, courtesy of a nearby hotel, and his lower body was covered with a shawl that had been on the handlebars.
“This guy was butt-naked, completely naked. He wasn't even wearing socks," Marion Couny Sheriff's Office spokesman Judge Cochran said, adding “There's a chance he could hurt himself or hurt a family along the way." Krauss has been convicted on several drunken driving charges in the past, and his driver's license was revoked for 10 years.
