How do you get the timing chain off so i can release the head. The engine or cam is seized so i cant turn it over
theres no nasty bits in the oil but need to get the head and barrel off cheers Dave

my book shows that you take off the tappet cover and undo the two cam sprocket bolts. Could be a bit fiddly if the engine is seized.
Tip some kero/diesel down the plug and fill up the crankcase and leave it to soak, might free up a bit.
You are going to need a flywheel puller at some point, most Honda shops have them....about $20 last time I bought one.
good luck
