This looks like really bad luck, she was following her husband, he missed the tree, but it collected her :(

Yes, agree.
"Muppet" has had the same thing happen to him.... on the west coast of the south island.
He was on one of the Queens issue BMW's at the time, and thankfully he is still with us.
