Keihin VE carb problem

Hi , Kiehin VE carb on my honda gb250 has air-cut valve on side. Diaphram has turned to black chewing gum. Does anyone know who has individual parts for these carbs as the rest is mint. thanks

basically any one who has xr250 parts will be able to help you as they ran the same carbs
