Okay - bit of a cheeky question from me. I've burnt out the clutch in my little mini me...I have a new one, but is there anyone coming to Mt Wellington that could give me a hand putting it in? I've not got a clue what I'm doing and don't want to bust the whole bike!

Hi Billie there will be plenty of guys round happy to help you out I can't be there cause of work but I'm sure Al, Brett, Tim or any of the guys that have mastered the B1 clutch adjustment would be happy to lend a few mins to show you whats going on.

Hi Pb, is it your GRC rep you're talking about? If so you'll need a rattle gun and a puller to get clutch off, see here http://gp3reps.wordpress.com/factory-problems/ It will be a bit hard to do it at the track.

Oh shoot thats right you have a reverse engine..... leave the plate on and just change the shoes.... it takes a little more time but no need for the big tools....

This all sounds too hard ha. Anyhoo, great new, Jimmy Mair has offered to get it sorted for me before the weekend. I hope there is a group for people who are really bad on the pocket bikes ha

Yeah. Jimmy Mair was (and probably still is) the king of terrible pocket bike racers. Hence the reason he doesn't do it anymore (although he's making a comeback I hear).

He's also a friggen terrible dancer if you wanna join that club too, just ask his lovely wife. Lol.

See ya tomorrow night mate.

Probably February. Check the AMCC website for details, they usually seem to run with the buckets and that's the next time they are running.

I think we're (Edgecumbe) planning something around new years. Accommodation might be a bit of a bind around then, but we can put tents in back yards etc. Must be due for another piss up too.

Will announce properly, shortly.
