Reminder for those that want to come along and ride Pocket Bikes on the Mt Wellington track or have a look at what they are all about.

This Saturday from 9.30, directions here, http://www.nzmmrc.co.nz/page.php?3
Cost to ride is $20, $10 kids. Minimum protective gear is ankles covered, knee pads, stout jacket, gloves & helmet (no visible flesh)

Rubber/Nylon pegs and side stands removed please to protect track.

More fun than being Tigers caddy;)

Yup. We're there. Looking very forward to it, haven't been on a REAL race bike for three years now.

Our 7 year old makes him debut this weekend at Mt Wellington too - next Junior racer to hit the track.....

Should be heading along. Only got one of the pockets working thanks to the dodgy chinese tyres but should be fun.

cant wait to i fisnh my mechanical enginnering pocket bike chooper......its going to hit the track!!....will be funny racing with that much rake......

I'll take my levers(real easy with a chinka tyre) and usually a compressor there so look me up Rodders

...and that's on a std B1 just following Rob to get a good clip.
My B2 is quicker by a tad and Tim & Bretts Open bikes which are faster down the straight should be sub 30's. Not bad for a pocket, eh.

yea quite quick, john said the quickest pocket he'd ever seen was a 28 sec......now of oyu guys were odign that, ive done a 30.26 on my cbr, dono wat i was doing o nmy polini tho......not as fast as my cbr thats for sure...

But buckets can race both big track {like taupo,manfeid} and kart tracks.....so they are more universal.
