Need it for an electrolytic de-rusting project, thanks!

Fair drive from here but I'm down if there's nothing closer to home, cheers.

If it needs to be plastic (i.e. for a plating/etching tank type thing) then the warehouse has a pretty good selection for cheap, or a fish bin from mitre10 mega? Failing that you can get plastic 100L ex-fert drums from various places for cheap too, can smell a bit if they're one of the fish based ones...

Edit: Or appropriate a wheely bin from somewhere (cough cough)

This is true... Just lash the handles to the back of your bike and you're set...

If you're after bits and pieces without too much travel, most builders' merchants will probably have some offcuts lying around - should be a PLacemakers, Carters, Bunnings etc somewhere near you.

Nice... Got a multi-meter to see how much current is going in?

Also, grab yourself some sulfuric from a chem lab (or dilute some cheap battery acid frmo supercheap), some clothing dye and you're good to go for home anodizing, too...
