The importance of the Indian marketplace was again demonstrated, as Suzuki reported a sales growth of 47.65% (from 12,539 units in July 2009 to 18,512 units) sold in July.
The country's second largest two wheeler maker Bajaj Auto reported a 66 % jump in motorcycle sales to 279,781 units in July 2010, compared to 168,163 units in July last year.
