BMW are celebrating the two millionth motorcycle produced at their Spandau, Berlin plant. The bike was a special anniversary R1200GS, which was unveiled by Chris Pfeiffer, who handed the bike over to Rena Gurka, Manager of Berlin Partner GmbH who will raffle the machine as part of the “Be Berlin” campaign to promote the city.

Pfeiffer then entertained the crowd with a range of stunts on his F800R, including a burnout spelling “2,000,000” on the tarmac.

BMW have been building bikes in Berlin since 1969. The factory produces some 500 motorcycles a day.
