Lifan 125cc carb question

Looking at replacing my carb as the current has finally given up after 7 years. I have been looking at the two below options.

Would the 30mm be too big for a 125?

30mm on standard 125 caused me problems.
I went with the correct carb kit from Newmanz rc direct.
Shane's a good guy and knows his bikes.
