A TV production company executive who fled the scene of a crash in which a motorcyclist died has been jailed for three years.
Dafydd Evans was found guilty of causing the death of Darren Beynon. Evans had denied the charge, insisting that he had not driven dangerously and claimed Mr Beynon, who was in a convoy of bikers, had been speeding.
It emerged at the trial that Evans had been drinking at a christening and was returning home. He claimed the impact left him concussed, which was why he wandered away from the scene.
