I might come & have a squiz if it aint raining. Rode a pocket bike once, not for me. Sounds like a good idea in between runs up the Taka's. Free entry??

Why do you guys always have your races the same day as a trackday somewhere else? (that I know of). :)

Yeah free entry for spectators...
$30 entry fee for riders if that's not already up there...
The race-days are set by the kart club, it's on the third sunday of every month (usually)

Daughter's 7th birthday party. Hence the reason I'm missing the Taupo trackday too.
I would terrorise my neighbours for some practise but I can't get the damn thing to start.

We run in at the end of each round of karts, start around 9-9.30 and finish usually around 4pm, but will be 5pm absolute latest as there are noise restrictions.

Bugger, when was the last time you cranked the beast up?Pretty much last time I raced it, that musta be a few months ago now. Tried it a couple of times over that period, but it never started so I just put it back down and left it.

When they aren't run for a long time they can be a real bastard to start, either keep trying, or pack in the engine start..:headbang:
