A Pennsylvania motorcyclist was handcuffed following being pulled over by a traffic officer... except the man was impersonating an officer.

Police said Benjamin Little, 26, chased the motorcycle in his car - which had a magnetic red light flashing - for around fifteen minutes before ordering the rider to pull over. Little then pushed him off the bike, knocking him to the ground and handcuffed him.

Little removed the handcuffs minutes later when a witness told him police had been called. During a search of Little's car, police found a small calibre, single-shot pistol under the passenger seat. No reason was given for why Little was chasing the motorcyclist.

Little has been charged with reckless endangerment, unlawful restraint, impersonating a public servant, reckless driving and carrying a firearm without a licence.
