Quentin Tarantino is to get back in front of the camera - for a new low-budget biker movie.

Kill Bill Vol. 2 star Larry Bishop is writing and directing the project, Hell Ride, while Michael Madsen has already signed up to appear.

The plot will centre on three characters Pistolero (Bishop), the Gent (Madsen) and Comanche (Tarantino) and the unfinished business between them - sort of a Good, The Bad And The Ugly on bikes.

Shooting is expected to start in either August or September.

Why do I get a sinking feeling just reading the character`s names? If there`s ever been a decent biker movie made I must have missed it.Tarantino`s highly over-rated,first film was clever, the rest have been crap,I remember when Reservoir Dogs was first shown on Brit t.v. it was beaten in the ratings by "On The Buses",a 30 year-old(at least)t.v. comedy spin-off film.

I did like 'Pulp Fiction'.

Wonder if this is another case of "Get in front of the camera, put some money in the bank to fund another film"?

Richard Attenborough does the same - and it seems to work for him...
