Here some H1R H2R porting diagrams
i have collected over the years!
Note the 500 hundred and the 750
both used mikuni VM35mm carbs

Ps
I am looking for a set of H2 cases and barells
or whole engine
(condition not important)

Somewhere in my archives, I had the pipe dimensions for Denco chambers for Kawa triples. If anyone is interested, I shall rummage.

Hey mate.....might be worth trying John or Mark Boyle @ Boyle Kawasaki.

I worked for them for five years and they're in the know!

Fwiw.....Unless you are restricted by some kind of class rule or restoring a 1972 H2 the later 1974/75 H2B/H2C cases and cylinders are better, stronger, better oiling, bigger engine mounts if you want to bore them for Suzuki GT750 silentblocs. The cylinder sleeve's are stronger due to the reduced relief for the transfers so cracking is reduced if not avoided and topend oiling is via the carb bowls instead of straight into the inlet port floor.

There will be parts out there but the days of cheap Triples and parts are long gone (imho)..I see perfect replica H2/H2A exhausts are now available for $2700 + shipping.

The US is still a good source but you never know what is sitting in sheds here in NZ.

1973 H2A..Same basic case and cylinder as the 72 but an idea, consideration has to be given to freight charges which can be expensive .

Geoff....... I would be somewhat curious to the Denco specs from a historical point.
The most powerful modern pipes that i know of (HP and Torque) would be the items Tom Loftis is making over in Tennessee with jumbo mid sections. (fwiw).

the reason i need an engine is to finnish a mockup
i am doing at the moment
(will post some pics when my camera is fixed)
i am using an H1 engine for now.
if anyone is interested i have full blueprints
of H1/H2 crankshafts
CNC programes to make H1/H2 conrods as well.
The last time i needed a rod there were none about
so i made my own,
(then found yamaha TZR rods are only .5 mm shorter)
have a few gear blueprints as well.
On different note Mojoracing has a prototype
S1 racer to add to his collection
and a KR-750
