GS650 BMW Clutch repair options?

hey guys i've got a GS650 BMW 02
just stripped it down to do the clutch and found that there are 8 plates and there were only 7 in the box i got from BMW

I know it would be best to wait till i could get another one but i use my bike five days a week for work

Q. should i put another washer on the bolt and may be get an xtra 30k?
or look for another way to work bearing in mind its a 224k round trip per day

your thoughts and/or suggestions plz

If your just doing it for a few days you could put 7 new plates in + 1 old one you should be ok might slip slightly at full power. But make sure you replace it with a new one asap cos if you wear right through the friction material you will obviously start dammaging the steel plates.
