Couple of questions re early GSXR1100

Can anybody tell me if the cylinder head cover and the starter clutch from a 1052cc GSXR1100 motor is the same as any other model? I need both these items to repair an accident damaged motor, and if they are the same as any other models then the search for these items may be easier.

The tappet cover looks mostly the same but the breather box looks a bit different (clearance?)
