'90 ZXR750H2 Rebuild Help

Gidday guys,

Just wondering if anyone out could help me with some much needed info:

1. Torque setting for the main crankshaft bearing bolts.
2. Cam timing diagram and how it's done, (could probably work it out myself but would prefer to double check)
