I had the GSXR out at the track on Waitangi day and completed one 8 lap session, then when i went to hit the track again I got about 800m and then the clutch started to slip, then another few hundred metres later i was down to about 15% engagement = nearly no power hookup.

Went home and took it apart, replaced the fibres and springs and put it back together and adjusted everything as per the manual and now its dragging (i.e - engine running, clutch in, put in gear, bike stalls).

Everything looks fine as per the book and can't seem to figure it out?

Any suggestions as to what might cause it to do this?

Prolly warped steels. That's normally what happens after ya cook 'em.
