Hey everyone
I got an oil change done on my 250 hornet the other day and for some reason the dude put in 20w-50 instead of 10w-40. Is this something i should be worried about? or is it cool to run the thicker oil until next change then ill just make sure 10w-40 goes back in?
Cheers

20w-50 mineral oil (better not be car oil)? My cbr250 manual states 10w-40 or 15w-50....The 20w-50 oil is a thicker oil so requires a longer time to warm up to operating temperature....good for long distance trips..

Yeah the standard oil for the Hornet is 10w-40 as well cause it revs so damn high. however just to conclude running 20w-50 wont have any harmful effects aye? Itl just take longer for the oil to heat up.
