Ok i know these are supposed to be bullit proof but mine has broken! It was ticking over fine but died when you opened the throttle. It took lots of kicks to get it going again, but it always re-started.

I cleaned the air filter, put a new plug in, checked the fuel into the carb and all seemed normal. I took the filler cap off of the gearbox and fuel bubbled out when i revved it????? It revved ok but even i know that is not normal!

Any ideas anyone? Anyone got a manual??

All help welcome!!!!!

Fuel or oil bubbled out? Like, was it definitely petrol?

If so, the crank seals are rooted, allowing the fuel/oil mix that should stay in the combustion bit and bottom end, is leaking into the gearbox. Not good unfortunately.

Luckily for you, bits for those little critters are real cheap and I can't imagine the job taking long for any competent bike shop to perform.

It was full, and definately smelt like fuel. It had not leaked anything so i guess the oil was still in there just severely watered down!!!!

I'm fairly competent weilding a spanner, do you think it something I should attempt??
