The government of New South Wales has drawn up new laws in the wake of an outbreak of violence that has been linked back to biker gangs.

The emergency legislation will allow the NSW government to declare a motorcycle group as a "criminal organisation" and thus be outlawed, on the basis of intelligence on their alleged activities.

The legislation, being considered by the state cabinet, follows a fatal brawl at Sydney Airport between two sets of gang members.

Thats no loop hole, but watch this space, once the Ozzie cops have this sort of law, ANY gathering of bikes or ordinary people can and if it suits their purpose Will be broken up under the guise of this new law. There have been laws for congregating here and in Oz for decades, if they used their existing laws there'd be no problems at all.
I for one am against powers for powers sake even to organizations who allegedly need them.
