A further 28 helmets (25 full face and 3 flip-front) have been rated and added to the SHARP ratings, taking the number of helmets rated to 125.

That just reminded me of the guy getting smacked in the face by the big wet tuna fish on the fishermans friend ad.

Rather a firm statement? On what basis are these ratings a crock of shit then? They test two major impact zones; the 'point hits straight on' hit it with a hammer type impact and also the side, makes the helmet (and your head) roll round impact. This makes it a valid test.

My personal gripe is that they won't properly explain how they test and also that they don't really explain how they award their rating. If they explained the rationale, then I'd be happier with them.

Of course, no rating in the world (aside from legally required ones to wear a helmet in your country) is worth a penny if the helmet does not fit properly.
