Just heard on the news that Pikak Hill is closed due to an accident involving a Bike and a Car. Emergency services are in attendance.

I was only informing folks that the hill was closed due to an accident. No details other than what was on the news.
So does my post break those rules?

No it doesn't. My warning post was a pre-emptive strike to stop needless and uninformed speculation.
