I Really Do Love My Bike
My life has changed these past few weeks, the days have passed so quick.
Its been a little while and the km's are building up, since I picked up my bike.
And I am learning fast just what to do, just how to be a biker chick.
And one thing that I like to tell to one and all ... I really do love my bike.

The places that I've been before, in the days that seem so long ago.
As a child ... and my memory fades with time, but those places still are there.
Old roads and the new I'm learning, when to speed and when to go quite slow.
Learning things I never thought I'd know ... I really do love my bike.

I learned the laws of gravity, can hurt more than those of the land.
I learned of things called chicken-strips, like wrinkles on my bike.
I'll tell to all who'll listen of my adventures, my rides to places grand.
But there's one thing that I like to tell the most of all ... I really do love my bike.

I learned the world is getting smaller, new friends I've made from near and far.
Some I've met from passing through, and many more on the net.
I've learned there are places that never seemed the same, if I went in the car.
I understand now the things, some will never understand ... I really do love my bike.
