Professionally built (to a custom design by an engineering firm) ramp and motorcycle transport system for a van. Solid lightweight construction with a channel to built to take up to 190 rear wheels (should accept a 200 okay as well). Front wheel channel accommodates a 12 with room to spare.
Only requires 4 bolts to secure inside a van. Should be fairly straight forward to bolt into any van with a relatively flat deck (may require some small spacers depending on the floor level etc.)
Front tie down points built into the system. Rear tie down point brackets also included which are not part of the main structure so can be bolted to the vans floor or sides in a suitable location. This makes securely strapping a bike into a van super easy and without the need for a lot of tension on tie downs.
Long/wide ramp makes loading in/out of the channel easy. This is a very simple and practical motorcycle transport system for a van.
Cost $2,500 to be custom made. Selling for a fraction of the cost after a couple of years use as it is no longer required. A brilliant thing for anyone wanting to transport a bike in a van or large trailer. Asking $600 ono.
System length: 2.15M
System Width (for mounts): 1.10M
Ramp Length: 2.0M
Note: Tie Downs pictured are not included.
