    Akira 7 back protector

    Only worn a few times.

    Size: S/M

Made in Italy, with full CE homologation (CE approved), this protector features 7 fully vented hard panels, mounted on a flexible rubber chassis. This is backed by a high density closed cell thermo moulded foam impact absorbtion layer, that is also channel vented with a mesh liner to aid airflow and keep you cool. Securely held in place by a fully adjustable kidney belt, and shoulder straps.

Before I'd decide to buy your back protector, please describe what 'homologation' is in your own words, and explain why you would use this term it in your online trading thread. I'd take copy/paste as an adequate answer, but bonus points for plausible anecdote.

Homologation means it meets the standards set by an official authority and has their approval. The back protector meets the European Standard EN 1621-2 which means it has CE Homologoation or in other words, is CE approved.

I assumed users of the forum would know how to use google.
