This is backed by a high density closed cell thermo moulded foam impact absorbtion layer, that is also channel vented with a mesh liner to aid airflow and keep you cool. Securely held in place by a fully adjustable kidney belt, and shoulder straps.

Homologation means it meets the standards set by an official authority and has their approval. The back protector meets the European Standard EN 1621-2 which means it has CE Homologoation or in other words, is CE approved.
