"Zena" Looks F*cked. Will pick her up today. Me, full bike gear did it's job, Grazes and Bruising. Left elbow needed some stitches. Off work today, Should be back ta work after the Weekend.
Was feeling Good. Wasn't riding Hard. Felt "In-The-Zone" with the corners. There had been un-swept corners before that one, but go sucked in to thinking that I was past them. The new tar started part way into the corner, so the first time I realized the loose fine metal was there was as "Zena" slid out for under me, then bit and bucked me off.
Annoyed with myself as I would normally have spotted the ride problem.

Ah no worries Doug, you got away relatively unscathed! More than I can say for Zena, she's just "ena" now! Shame they don't make bikes out of elbow skin eh? Then you could just sit back and wait for them to come right. Wait a minute-that gives me an idea! *goes off mumbling to self*

Assessor has been. Written Off. "Zena" valued at $10K less $500 excess. Payout $9500. Have found replacement in Napier, see Suzuki GSX1400 2005 . MSTRS has given it the thumbs so getting it transported up as soon as the Insurance pays them. So with a bit of luck I will have a new "Mistress For Christmas" AC/DC.

Can I suggest a mans name for this one Doug? Less likely to get the shits up and spit you off mid corner? Just a thought. How about "Bruce"?

LOL, my Sister said almost the same thing.
Don't ya think that "Bruce" would be more likely ta give ya a good smacking over if ya keeped jumping on his back and riding "him" hard Unless "he" was gay and that would be so wrong.
Maybe "Zena" was a man hater, LOL. "Roxanne" never complained until I wore "her" out from to much hard riding LOL.
