Internal only ACC dossier found on train seat

A friend of mine has found a dossier full of secret meeting notes between the ACC and Stephen Joyce and Nick Smith.

Key points are.

New ACC initiatives are going to be leveled at other high risk groups to meet short falls.

Initiaitives include.

1. $600 one off ACC levy will be applied on all rugby balls and netballs at point of purchase.
2. $1 one off ACC levy will be applied on all ping pong balls at point of purchase.
3. $50 bonus payout will be applied on womens beach volley balls at point of purchase. (Mr Joyce's personal submission)
4. $1800 one off ACC levy will be applied to all unregistered farm bikes/quad trail and motorcross at point of purchase at point of purchase. (expected life of vehicle 3 years = $600 per year)
5. $3000 one off ACC levy will be applied to all push bikes.
