    Leatt Adventure $349

    torpedo 7 doing a special. http://www.torpedo7.co.nz/products/LEPR1N9AD
Not sure how big a medium goes (which is their only size) but $349-00 seems ok. I wish I could afford one looks a bit less bulky than my EVS.

TCX boots down to $500 as well http://www.torpedo7.co.nz/products/TXBWXN9P2
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

'Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out! Shouting, ' Holy sh!t... What a Ride!! '

Don't quote me but I think the Club is one of the Carbon fiber models and the adventure is the hard plastic version with less adjustability!

I buy the odd thing off them they are really good for stuff that the peddlers use like hyropacs etc have some good deals on them. Got 2 last year for $20 bucks down from about $60 or so I think?

Sign up for their email specials but you have to be strong to resist all the shit you don't really need LOL!!!

It pays to go into the shop and have them fitted to your size. I went in aiming to buy that brace but small wasnt right and medium to big and it isnt really adjustable. So i brought the next one up (Reckless is right it is club) Much nicer brace. That isnt that cheap buy the way your local shop should be able to match that price and give advice on setup for it. (Boyds in Hamilton are great help!) Geting it to fit to your armour isnt that easy either my alpine stars armour was no good with it.

Some times it best to just pay a bit more for the help the shop can give you. A neck brace that is the wrong fit ment will do more harm then good. Not to mention piss you off! Take your helmet with you when trying then, along with anything else you wear around your sholders

Brought that and a shoei helmet best investment in a long time.

After my searching the lett braces are the best hands down.

Got the Leatt Adventure looks good, fits good with my Fox Launch pressure suit (with a small mod) and once I tried a few different settings.
I'll write a report on the fitting and comparison once I have had a chance to back to back it on a ride with my evs evolution.
I must mention here though that there are so many different settings and clip swaps that can be done even on the basic adventure model, you can't just walk onto a shop bung one on and expect it to fit you and your armour straight off the shelf.

Yes Reckless that's a great special. I bought one a few weeks ago for my son at a Honda place not far from Botany for the 'on special' price of $435... then a couple of weeks later got the daily email from T7 saying the exact same brace was $349... fuck it!
But cest la vie shit happens. I got great service, D. fitted my son up, spent heaps of time with me and explained everything really well. Price will soon be forgotten!
