would like to try some exercises were we have to stop (preferably from say 50 from a point to another then change direction, accelerate and stop again completely)
sort of simulating someone pulling out from a carpark into your line of travel, then dodging them and continuing on. while in control

Now a while back at the start of a Sass ride I spoke of a crash in Aussie. Below is not what caused it but part of what happened after.

Craig who crashed along with Jay who is another member of the group and I were pranking the founder of the group online. These are great people. But then Craig crashed. Below is a snippet of what happened and why you need to keep your first aid skills strong.

it is always something I have avoided for one reason or another.
Never felt so helpless when having watching another suffer something, you can do nothing about except make them comfortable, then wait and watch

maybe I should look into this and do a course or somethin....

You should try old tyres, cold mornings, quick turn throttle and a big V twin for giggles.

Can be quite the wake up call.
