SV650 Pro Twin

Hi All,

Our Pro Twin is up for sale,

Bike is a very very well organsised bike and is perfect for entering pro twins as I did just that with it when I got it fuel and ride!

Bike is a 2001 Suzuki SV650 the Carbyd model but still very very good,
Bike has had alot of money spent on it in the last 2 years we have owned it.

Has roughly 2003-2004 Suzuki GSXR 600 Fairings on it built by Billy,

Clip on Handle Bars Pro Grip Road race blue grips,

Aftermarket electronic temperature gauge,

Scorpion end muffler rebuilt and re skinned last november by Cycle Works, packed with proper 4 stroke racing exhaust wool.

Front Forks were built just before Actrix Winter Series by CKT from ground up, Has Traxxion Dynamic Damper rods which seal the emulators off alot better than the Standered Suzuki rods, Race Tech Emulators Set up By Robert Taylor from CKT, 9.5 I think springs cantremember off top of my head in front with correct spacers and prelude adjustable fork caps,
So suspension has not had a botch job it is all done correctly by professionals,

Rear Shock is also a CKT Ohlins shock brought from Robert Taylor when I got the bike it is the model previous to the TTX and has preload compression rebound etc

Run on Spectro Gold Engine oil, New Clutch Plates mid last season.

Bike currently has Conti Race Attack tires

this is the ex Danniverke Suzuki Geoff Booth bike,

Motrax Tire Warmers these are really really good tire warmers,
Conti Race Attack Rain wet Tires
A Front rim that needs bearings and disks as we were building up our spares collection.

so, what is your estimate of the cost to run a full season,everything included,gas, tyres, entry's,general maintanance,travel, etc.
i'd just like a guestimate to within a few grandish.
no hurry.

well it depends really how many classes you do I only enter Pro Twin on it and its 30 bucks fuel a meeting so for 6 rounds thats 180 bucks gas I put in 4 litres every race depending on length of course,

General Maintenance well oil and filter every meeting if you wanted or just every 3 rounds dont know the price on oil as I get a good deal on it,

Travel well thats a hard one as it also depends were you live and were you want to race and your own vechile you use for transport so i wouldnt know sorry

Tires well they were brand new at Puke Nats in March and are still perfectly fine now.
