Be aware that not all insurance companies will write Fire & Theft into a 3rd party only policy.

They've always come out as one of the more expensive options for me. NAC was always cheapest.

When you find the cheapest .. find out why it's the cheapest. You may not like why it's the cheapest.

    What he said

As a broker, I can assure you that you get no more than what you pay for.

Look locally rather than a call centre.

I am with Swann for full coverage although have looked into their 3rd party fire/theft and it has always been a good price. Check out Protecta too.

Easy. Send me $35 a year, I'll have 3rd of a party and you'll have piece of mind.

. . . Well , unless you have an accident or some of that shit.

It's unlikely the cheaper companies will include anything other than basic (with high excess) cover for 3rd party (only) "Incidents" ... Pay more an you GET more.

Age of the policy holder ... previous insurance (and claims) history ... CAN make a difference in policy pricing ...

Even WITH insurance ... it's still best not to hit anything (expensive) ...
