Heath, (the salesman owner) lets his products do the saling for him, (Ducati/Triumph/BMW/Kawa) have good names and the riders of these brands usually have done their homework.
In saying that, he always answers whatever Q's people have, but has a more laid back approach to sales.
Kat in spares isn't going for the bulk market, they mainly focus on set brands like Arai, BMW clothing etc. (remember, they market themselves as "the big bike shop").
Mike, (w/shop manager) can come across a bit brash, until you get to know him. Lots of requests, demands are put on w/shop managers, (this I know well), so forgive him if he isn't always the perfect diplomat.
Matt and the other boys are excellent. Very knowledgeable across the brands.
The place is always tidy and full of lovely new bikes. Call in and drool.
