Does my Knight in Shining Leather belong to KB?

I fell off on the Corner of Esmond and Lake Road. Too much front brake in the wet is not a good idea. However, a nice biker stopped and picked up my bike from the road, then followed me home to make sure that I got there safely. Even though cars' didn't stop to see if I was ok. Bastards.

If you belong to KB or anone on here know of a guy that rides and lives in the Devonport/Belmont area and rides an Blue old style bike, he also has an accent of some descrption. Can you contact me please. Due to being in a bit of shock I feel I didn't thank you properly and would like to in person.

    Um...I have a confession...it wasn't me. But I would have, if I'd been there.

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

I think it's great your trying to make contact with him to offer thanks.

The world needs more people (like the person who helped you) that assist without expectation of reward. It's called charity. Stopping to help someone worse off than yourself.

Sorry to hear about your bin Stickchick. Hope there's not too much damage and you haven't shaken your confidence too much.

Last time I had an off three young ( considerably younger than me) ladies helped me pick up the bike. Chivalry is not dead.

The guy that stopped to help probably already got a fair bit out of the experience. It feels good to help others! When you help someone then you get rewarded with a warm & fuzzy feeling, I can only hope that the jerks in the cars that didn't stop got to feel a bit shitty with themselves for being too much of an arsehole to help a fellow human being. It's good that not everyone is too selfish to lend a hand when they see the opportunity.
