Warning: Blitz on Coro Loop 16-17th Oct

From a reliable source I have been informed that Waikato Road traffic police have booked accomodation for 38 officers in the Coromandel Area for this weekend.
They are operating 4 ACC Educational checkpoints for 5 hours during Sunday.

If you are planning to do a loop this weekend.. well.. you have been warned.

Hopefully they will catch a few biker dicks who treat it as their personal race track each weekend.

I probably should have elaborated, there are a few groups of riders I know of that hit the loop at dum stoopid fast speeds, Its those riders I refer to.
The KB members that have been around for a few years will know who I refer to.

Havin lost a fair few mates on the loop anyway I what I say has backup

And yes I own a R1, my brain is well planted when I ride it, the fact that I have 170 odd HP dont mean I have to ride like a fuckwit, havent had a ticket in 6 years (touch wood) and dont intend changing that, but as my good mate says Im as slow as his nana.......on the road thats accurate

Shit! 38 is a big number for a romantic weekend

I reckon they've run out of footage for Road Cops and feel bikers aren't portrayed enough. Someone has obviously said we're being discriminated against.

Are they giving out free stuff? It's always worth getting edumacated with free stuff.

Good idea though. I've heard some insane stories about some occasions. Actually, it depends on what they're "educating" about. Bikers are renowned for switching off if someone is telling them something they don't feel is correct.
