Wanganui Cemetery Circuit, Boxing Day secure bike parking

Hi Kiwi Bikers, compliments of the season to you all.
This is a notice to let you all know that the Ulysses Club Wanganui branch will have a secure bike lock up where you can leave your bike change out of your leathers into a pair of shorts or whatever, whilst you watch the action on the track. On Boxing day. We will be open from 8am until 45 minutes after the last race.

Also there will be a BBQ going to cook a bit of brunch for you at a minimal charge. Also where we are situated, it is only about 150 meters from the entrance to the track!

We also can take cars as we have a huge area all fenced of for added security. Just about every year something gets flogged or damaged by lowlife scum bags. So don't let it be your bike that gets pinched or damaged.

The cost of taking care of your pride and joy also your gear is only $10.00. (cars are the same price)

So whichever direction you are heading into Wanganui from. Look for our directional signs, also our marshal's will be on corners to send you on the right way to the secure lock up.

We look forward seeing you on Boxing day for this great days street racing.
    Chow for now.

Awesome work. Does this mean we can park a van full of race bikes bound for TRRS in there for $10 while we watch?

My fourth time over their for this event but my first time using this facility.

Thank you to the Ulysses Team what a fantastic job, well organised and allowed me to relax and enjoy the day even more.

Is this happening again this year? Where in Wangavegas is the lockup? I'm also assuming (like Paeroa) that you get to check in your kit?

I'm still tossing up wether to go this year but the thought of not having to lug my gear around all day might just sway me...
