Yes great day out. Managed two laps with TA and FlashG. We all got round accident free. Though St Johns was rather busy. Trials Rider kept disappearing into the enduro loops as usual. Bike went great. Even better, it's not mine.

Three laps for me 106.2 kms now i need a nap
Great riding with whatastoner & TA. Traction was great everywhere although some of the climbs in the forest were getting hard to manage ( getting well cut up) I kept thinking this would be real tough if wet. Todays bonus is the bike stayed clean. yay

Was a good day, it was 36.10 kms including three Enduro deviations, dryer than last year so a bit more dust.
Always a good ride, the forest enduro deviations were the fun bit for me and now I am nucking fackered.
Good to catch up with the guys
I have attached a gps log of the day
Cheers Paul

Hi Guys
I have been on a few rides organised by Shoshoni which have been awesome rides, so I thought I would return a favour and contribute to the Christchurch ADV ride list.
I have a neat ride called "Get lost in North Canterbury" starting in Kaiapoi, lunch at Rangiora and depending on time and weather out towards Loburn.
I have done part of the ride two up on my DR650 and then Carl (TA) came out , I went on the Beta 498 and we looked at the rest.
I have sworn Carl to secrecy not to say where were going or I will kill him or put him on a NASA rocket, yeah I know same thing.
This is all rideable on anything up to a DR650 size bike, anything bigger is welcome - I have a camera to capture the entertainment.
There is a bit of single track through trees and some ruts so it would be a bit tight for bigger bikes, we will be crossing creeks but nothing over your axle.
I am happy to run it Saturday or Sunday, whatever suits.
I know its short notice but it should be a fun trip
Meeting in Kaiapoi on North side of the Shell Shop 9.36 am and leave at 9.58am
Cheers Paul

Hi Guys
After looking on Myrides and getting PMs off forum I am going to postpone the trip for a weekend which isn't already packed, possible 22nd or 23rd November or 29th or 30th November.
let me know your thoughts and we will smack down a date.
Remember not to ask Carl where we are going as I don't want to have to kill him for something minor.
Cheers Paul
