Very enjoyable day out guys, thanks to Shoshoni for organising it
I had to shoot home from Culverden as we had guests arriving for dinner, sounds like everyone got home safe and sound so mission accomplished!

Yep, even I almost enjoyed the gravel this time. The bike seemed to like the new tyres and adjustments to the bars I made by accident the night before, in the dark

Shame about that footage, that would've been some prime time home cinema right there I reckon, coulda won some cash on AFV! I'll see how my footage came out later on ...

No mods, I think it's just the way the XTs are. I think they're known for being a bit short. That's ok, my motorcross days are long over

Got me a good pic for a face plant thread today, I'm sure I saw one a while ago from the Nelson/Blenheim guys in similar fashion.
Porika claimed me today, going down toward the lake at 'that' spot.
Done a beautiful job of taping my visor back on only to remember it needs to be open to get my glasses on AFTER the helmet is on.

Pic looking back up the track isn't so good, already picked bike up. Josh has one of the bike on it's side still.

Oh, and no injury other than the scratch on my nose and the torn Remote Moto sticker on front of my bike. Double take mirror and Alt Rider bags took a big hit but them and new pants all still in perfect condition, you wouldn't know they'd seen any action.
