It's not to far from being parked in the hedge with
    the pitbike & forgotten about...

So looks like I will be working on the bike not riding it
    tomorrow,,,
Well there was only three riders on the trip today, me , myself and I , so I then had a choice of leading trip leader or being tail end charlie , I didn’t want the dust so I lead the trip . I haven’t been to loch Katrine for 15 plus years, last time I was there all the batches were there.

I mucked around in some creeks and banks on the way in only to fall off on flat ground while not paying attention so gave myself the DOF award .

Anyway I had a nice relaxing play day on the Beta 498, it is a cool adventure bike .

Nice day, nice ride and plenty of photos

This tends to be the main page, there is a Facebook page but its a national page and unless you see it, its gone in the traffic, best to book mark this page.

Pretty much what he said and the reason I miss stuff being mostly done here is exactly that, if you aren't constantly checking it then the local rides do get lost in the Facebook feed never to be found until it's too late. Either that or they are blocking me.

Have a look at remotemoto.com and back through this thread for ideas. Don't wait for us to get organised, if you want to do something post here and if we can we will come, heck we may even lead but we all seem to need a kick in the pants to get us started at the moment.

Couldn't make the Brass this year but will be out on Sunday to catch up with some mates returning from it. Keep an eye out for the Katiem - probably stopped in Kurow scoffing Jimmy's mutton pies
Sometimes you wish it was easier, but if it was, everyone else would do it, then you remember you don't want to be like everybody else!

I am free on the Sunday.
Front tyre choice can make more of a difference to control than rear.... unless going uphill.
