I'll be doing the St James tracks this coming weekend "Sat or Sun" as long as the weather holds and Edwards Valley Road stays open, anyone else keen to join in the fun?

They are in Hanmer Springs area, from what I remember it's about 140km round trip back to Hanmer.

Went on an awesome solo ride today.
Up Worsley's, along Summit rd, to Little River, up Reynolds valley and back around to Little River, up a stock route to the top of the first Akaroa GP section, to Barry's Bay and back to Little River, then over a gravel road to Port Levy, through Purau, over to Dyer's Pass road, then home! I'm knackered lol.

Usually, easier than to ride down. It's steep and rutty - sometimes very rutty, and desperately slippery when wet.

In other words, good fun on the right bike with the right tyres.

Really fun and gnarly, but if it has rained a few days prior it's literally impossible for me to get up this one last steep bit with my road tyres. Fine then it's dry though.

Hads has a cool bike. Watching him slip the clutch around tarmac corners had me laughing in my helmet.
    Pretty fun ride!

    here for few days

    Hi guys,
I'm here for few days looking to ride around here, if anyone would like me to join for a ride please let me know.
Another thing is just a week after I replaced the rear bearing it fells like the new one start to worn I think it because of the worn spacer, someone have a good engineering shop to recommend to make a new one and a shop for the bearing if it matter in which shop I'll buy them from.

    cheers Itamar.
