"Trials Rider I blame you for not yet having the Gortex Boot Liner in my size, I believe they would have been tall enough to keep the electric sock dry"
Ah yes that was a bugger I didn't have the right size, will have heaps soon, mind you it is funny that you had a wee short out in the water, just as well they are only twelve volts, you would want 230 volts or you glow in the dark

Always keen, just a matter of timing on the day so we wait and see. Avon City's next ADV is due the following Saturday, rumoured to likely be Banks Peninsula stuff.
Cheers, yep, got bigger originals here, I delete originals after a while unless they are of me, which understandably isn't often on my own camera.

Anyone got a link to video footage of dalethorp ? chur
This link should do it. Not likely to be on again next year, surprised it was on again this year. Forrest about to be deforested for logging. Anyone who hasn't done that ride has probably missed their chance until the logging is done and it grows back.
My camera was pointing a little low this year so I have too much handlebar and not much horizon bugger it.

Day off tomorrow, trying out one of those lithium iorn batteries in the WR, might do that out there if I don't go for a kayak paddle instead. DAS is charging up my old battery to load test it when done.

Last year the bike survived the Hot Grips running and multiple falls on an Enduro section, this year all extras were at home and the grips off. It was a warm day, no more room in my bag as that's where my jacket ended up too.
