Aww man, I was hoping you're all coming on Sunday. This is assuming I go myself, have to see, been rather sick and all that but am very keen

Hi all, was hoping for a ride tommorrow and stumbled across this thread. Would be real keen to tag along but knock off work at midday in Rangiora so could catch up with you in Oxford. If times on my side I`ll keep an eye out for you lot. Love this ride.

PS: thats if ya dont mind an unfit, overweight, humourless, middle aged, ex sports bike rider (not a very good one at that) tryin to keep up.

Should be fine, I'll eat slow.
    What are you riding.
My old blue Transalp will probably be the easiest one to spot, we will be lunching at the Bakery across the road from Cafe51 (think that's it's name).

I've now got to take some trees down in the morning so won't see you a the Peg. If I get them done early enought I might try and play catch up but will see how it goes.

TA I'll call or text if I'm going to try and chase you lot down.

Thanks Transalper, I will be on a yellow DR650 with shiny new T63s which will need a good scrub. If timed right I could make Oxford by 12.30 but pls dont wait around, I know the bakery so if not there I will scoot straight into the valley and hopefully run into you all along the way. Cheers, Matt

Hey Bushy. I'm on a KTM 450 EXC with a oversized transparent tank. If I try to play catch up. Thats the time I'll be looking to be in the area if I go. I'll keep an eye out.

Have fun today chaps, and spare a thought for me squeezed into the rear fuselage of a de Havilland Mosquito for much of the day, which will no doubt be a like an oven if the weather delivers on its early promise.

Don't forget about daylight savings, those who are coming tomorrow..... See you there.

so why then do I know, I will see you in far off places?

What a fantastic morning, see you soon.

Sunday... forecast not the best but while Metservice says rain, Metvuw shows the lightest amount of 1mm in 6 hours so that's not so bad.
I'm still in for Sunday too.
