Unfortunately no snow on Sunday but river was quite easily crossed. About axle deep - see how flow Sunday afternoon compares to flow just before you go through on Ecan river flow site. It was around 7 cumecs on Sunday arvo by my reading of the chart.

Road in pretty good nic. Limited loose gravel and nice and hard. Quite a few washouts and rain ruts between river and Lowburn. OK at speed if you can get the front light when you need too else take it easy/keep your eyes open. Lots of water in fords/puddles but nothing hard to cross - just wet feet if the river doesn't get you.

South bank of Waimak in reasonable condition - again lots of water in puddles/fords but nothing hard to cross. Again if at speed keep your eyes open.

    Cheers R

    Announce

Ok, so Saturday meet at the Peg Pub (Belfast) at 10am, up the Waimak roads, couple of laps of the terrace track and on to Oxford for lunch then Lees Valley and back via what ever.

Get in Lees before the main river level jumps again as it often seems to in Spring.
Back to the Peninsula next time.

Old TKC80 150/70R18 to give away

Hello, thought I'd post here about this as it's not worth freighting anywhere IMO.
Got given a used TKC80 in size 150/70R18 with about 2 or 3mm tread left if anyone in CHCH or nearby wants it?
I'll bin it otherwise, don't fit my bikes and not sure I'd bother personally.
    Pic attached.

yes and Daylight Savings starts in 5 weeks, we're only going to get more active from now on.
Hoping to get to do some of the more challenging stuff about the place in prep for DB1K too.
