    Good stuff, Pete
where are you working and or staying (may be easier to get closer garage space) my garage is pretty full but may be able to squeeze one more in - I'll leave it up to you to tell the wife that her car now needs to be parked outside

Welcome to shakey town. Sorry gge full of house renovations crap. Your work is not far from a couple of us. Even better there is Avon City Suzuki on Racecourse road (not that you have a suzi in your shed).

    Cheers R

Technically it's Cnr Epsom & Main South Road which is basically the Sockburn roundabout and practically backs on to Racecourse Rd but not actually on Racecourse Rd.

Another nice weekend weather wise, looking like we're going to be lucky and get a good summer this time if it keeps up.
Bikes still in single track trim, now what to do or where to go today... maybe just pop up and down Worsleys Rd for a change this afternoon.

Ended up walking up Dyers Pass to the Summit then along to and down Worsleys Rd a bit before side tracking on to a MTB track which runs parallel then back out on to Worsleys near the bottom of the 4x4 bit and home again today (22km and 5 hours round trip).
I can report that Worsleys from what I saw is quite dry now and so should be quite ridable (ground clearance and ruts permitting).

Intending to take the WR there Sunday about 1pm, anyone else want to play?

Went for blast out karaki beach with a mate, he was doing 100 k plus wheelstands most of the way to ashley river mouth on his pig, thumbs up from the 450 boys along the way ...... park up at the mouth on the beach and 10 minutes later the ranger pulling up .... was news to us but can only go as far as a red marker Karaki side of Woodend, ranger was good bugger and just wrote out a warning. He said speed limit was 30 km/hr

Finally got my shit together and did a ride up Worsleys this afternoon.
Only fell over once in a oh shit which way should I go.. oh no I've stopped... weeee bang ! moment.
Showed me I need more practice climbing 'uneven ground'.
Gorse is encroaching on the track a little much in a few places too, I hate gorse.

Nice one, I find it hard enough getting up there in the dry, not so keen to go when it looks like your photos.

How did ya get to the top if its not rideable in the rain ?

We did it in the middle of winter when it was raining, raised the rear end after that run as some of the large rocks scraped the pigs belly coming back down ...

    Hello southern chaps.
After returning from aussy playing with big toys.

My self and mate have also pick up work repairing your fine land.
We are hoping to be based Rangioura / Southbrook where office and depot is.
Wondering if anyone know of anyone with a house / flat in the area we could rent for a while.
