Oxford do heated grips that wrap around the originals. They have a non-slip coating inside. They do make the grips thicker but if you have big manly hands you'll be fine.
Their advantage is that you can remove them for summer use.
Around $101 NZ rupees at your local bike shop. (Unless you find a camping store that sells them)
