    Christchurch Quake Appeal Ride (Tauranga) (Sat 19 March)

    Christchurch Quake Appeal Ride (Tauranga) (Sat 19 March)
    DATE: Saturday March 19th.
    LEAVE TIME: 08:00am from Fraser cove (unless someone has a better idea) and ride to Cock & Bull in Hamilton for coffee / toilet stop (arrive 09:30-ish)
    Then...
    LEAVE TIME: 10:30am from the Cock and Bull Maui St Te Rapa.
    ARRIVAL TIME: 11:30 am at the Muddy Waters Tavern in Mercer
    DONATION: $10 per Bike

    With tributes and support coming in from around the world, now is the time to show how much we care about our own.
    There are thousands of Kiwis in Christchurch that need assistance now more than ever.
    A cash donation from bikers in the North Island will indeed help some of those who are going through desperate times.
    All we are asking for is a $10 donation from each Bike.
    Donations to made on the day but if you cant make it or would prefer, a bank account number is avaliable below.
    The Appeal funds collected will be forwarded to the Salvation Army Earthquake appeal.

    Bank account for donations if you can't attend the ride - Use CHCH Quake as the reference please and add your online name.

    Great stuff. Let me know if you need anything from this end, directions etc. Fuel stations just down the road on Te Rapa straight, pay to fuel up before arriving at the Cocky.

    My girls school raised $5200 from one mufti day... black and red. Tomorrow is a sausage & kebab day.. and friday cake bake..! Proud mum.

    sweet a ride a bit closer to home. I will be there providing work doesn't get in the way.
    is there anyone else going from whakatane. We could leave from the shell at 6.30 am
