    Smile Newb in Palmy (Willie_Ranger)

    Hiya ladies (and potential gents)

I'm living in Palmerston North and have been riding a little bit since I arrived here in Feb. Pretty much just looking for anyone keen to get out and go for a strap, when it's not raining or freezing cold.

    Double entendre?

Potentially ducatilover and I are going for a ride out vinegar hill tomorrow, I'm thinking after lunch if I don't have any work on. You're welcome to come along if you don't have one of those job things either.

Ignore mr Deuce, let us ruin you.
As Bogan said, we may be out for a strap, blast, squirt or general strollette tomorrow. Would be neat to have extras.

You got them all excited over nothing.

Anyways, Riding in the rain is the best way to really learn to trust your bike, thats what I found, mind you living in Dunedin I have two options all year round, ride in the rain, or ride in the freezing cold wind.

Yes sadly, I have one of those job things, it tends to keep my bike on the road! If either of you are riding this weekend, and don't mind hanging around for half an hour while I catch up, I'd be up for it.

See what the weather is like I guess. considering the amount of time spent waiting round trying to figure out where the hell we were today, an extra minute or two won't be noticed! In fact if your sense of direction is better than mine, we might make actually make it to vinegar hill next time Managed to find some decent roads anyway.

hmmm yes, three people navigating cannot be any worse than two. Atleast I know how to get to Feilding from Bunnythorpe What an achievement. I might be cruising over to Pahiatua on friday, the track is ALWAYS a good blast.
